NØ SCHOOL PARIS is a unique, independent and artist-led art+tech school, aimed at students, artists, designers, makers, hackers, activists and educators who wish to further their skills and engage in critical research around the social and environmental impacts of information and communication technologies.
Initiated and led by a duo of artists, educators and cultural producers Dasha Ilina and Benjamin Gaulon, NØ SCHOOL is an artist-run independent school founded in 2018 in Paris.
Designed as a hybrid between learning, residency and research, NØ SCHOOL is targeted toward students and independent artists looking for an intensive opportunity to improve their technical skills and learn about recent developments in the field of technology and culture.
Are you a graduate student working in the field of art and technology and wanting to iterate some ideas for your thesis project? Are you a doctoral student in science and technology studies and interested in learning technical skills related to your research? Are you an artist or a designer looking for up-to-date practical skills and a community of practitioners to discuss your work? Our programs include intensive technical workshops, studio sessions, presentations and public lectures.
NØ SCHOOL fellows engage in workshops, conferences and collaborate directly with artists, academics, critical makers, hackers, designers from all over the world.
NØ SCHOOL aims at creating a safe, open and inclusive working and learning environment for ALL.
